Option 1 — Löschung in der App (empfohlen)
- Logge dich auf app.napawebagentur.de ein
- Gehe zu Einstellungen → Konto löschen
- Bestätige die Löschung mit deinem Passwort
Innerhalb von 30 Tagen werden gelöscht:
- Dein Account und alle Login-Daten
- Workspace-Inhalte (Posts, Medien, Templates, Hashtag-Sets)
- Alle OAuth-Tokens verbundener Plattformen (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Empfangene Direktnachrichten und Kommentare aus der Inbox
- Server-Logs mit Bezug zu deinem Account
Option 2 — Nur Plattform-Verbindung trennen
Wenn du nur eine einzelne Plattform-Verbindung (z.B. Instagram) trennen möchtest:
- Verbindungen in der App öffnen
- Bei der Plattform auf Trennen klicken
Damit wird der OAuth-Token sofort gelöscht und alle eingehenden Webhooks von dieser Plattform werden ignoriert. Bestehende Conversations bleiben für deine Referenz erhalten.
Option 3 — Löschung per E-Mail anfordern
Falls du keinen Zugang mehr zu deinem Account hast, schick eine E-Mail an dalakakisqureshigbr@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „Datenlöschung" und folgenden Angaben:
- Deine bei uns hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse
- Plattform-Username (Insta/FB) falls du nur Meta-Daten löschen lassen willst
Wir bestätigen die Löschung innerhalb von 7 Werktagen und schließen sie innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab (Art. 17 DSGVO).

Option 1 — Delete in-app (recommended)
- Log in at app.napawebagentur.de
- Go to Settings → Delete account
- Confirm with your password
Within 30 days the following will be permanently deleted:
- Your user account and all login credentials
- All workspace content (posts, media, templates, hashtag sets)
- OAuth tokens for all connected platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Received direct messages and comments from the inbox
- Server logs containing references to your account
Option 2 — Disconnect a single platform
- Open Connections in the app
- Click Disconnect on the platform
The OAuth token is immediately deleted and incoming webhooks from this platform are ignored.
Option 3 — Email request
If you can no longer access your account, email dalakakisqureshigbr@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion" and your registered email address. We confirm receipt within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days (GDPR Art. 17).
